法蘭式液位變送器應用:高鹽廢水二階段階段處理測控處理/（2）膜分離過程。目前較成熟的常用的膜分離工藝有微濾、超濾、納濾、反滲透四種，微濾和超濾所用膜的孔徑較大，對于COD和懸浮物的截留作用較好，但不能截留大部分溶解性物質，納濾可以截留大部分二價離子，反滲透能夠截留一價離子，所以根據要求的不同可以選擇不同的膜分離工藝進行處理，膜分離工藝處理效果好于一般工藝，成本較高，且膜污染問題較突出，因此受到了一定限制。目前還有一些新型膜分離工藝，如膜蒸餾工藝和清華大學研制的“NANO”膜。膜蒸餾工藝利用疏水膜的疏水性使水蒸氣通過膜而隔離其他物質，從而保證出水潔凈，膜蒸餾工藝同樣存在膜結垢問題，且疏水膜的研制還不能滿足大規模應用的要求。其結合反滲透和膜蒸餾的工藝特點，抗污染能力強，截留能力強，有良好的發展前景。
